During this online Workshop Tess & Holly will be sharing with you all the tips & tricks you need to know when printing Paper/ Stationery items. Using your printing blocks to hand print your own Cards, Wrapping Paper, Gift Tags and Gift Bags is extremely rewarding and can be tweaked to fit every occasion!

Having the skills and knowledge can come in very handy and enables you to really personalise what you’re making, paper printing can often be seen as more difficult that fabric printing but during the workshop we will show you just how easy Paper printing can be and the creations you can make! We will also show you how you can use your cards to create Easter designs!

For this workshop we suggest using Acrylic paints with your printing blocks, you can use printing blocks and colours that you have at home. We will be demonstrating with a mixture of designs & colours.

You can also purchase a Stationery Pack with your workshop ticket, this pack includes a huge mix of Paper items for you to print. The pack includes:

15 Cards & Envelopes (various colours & sizes
20 Gift Tags (various colours & sizes)
Pack of White & Black Tissue Paper
Large Sheet of Brown Wrapping Paper
Pack of 5 Paper Gift Bags
White Cotton Fabric Squares

Once the Workshop has finished you will be sent a copy of the video via email so you can re-watch the workshop, or if you were unable to join the live workshop you can watch it at your own convivence.

Fri 12th March- Online Workshop: Stationery Printing

Session Time: Join live at 2pm Friday 12th March

Join Tess & Holly for a live online workshop or receive the recording. This online workshop is all about practicing and getting confident with Paper/ Stationery Printing. You’ll learn the techniques, tips and tricks needed to successfully print paper and get ideas for your own hand made creations.

If you join the workshop live, you will be able to ask questions throughout the session which Tess & Holly will answer and get help with any areas you might be struggling with. If you are unable to join live, a copy of the Workshop will be sent to you via email for you to watch at your own convivence.

This workshop will be most suited for those who have had a go at Block Printing before, if you are new to Block Printing, we suggest joining our ‘Intro to Block Printing’ workshop first or have a play around at home.

Equipment & Materials that we suggest having for the workshop:

Essential Printing Equipment- Foam Printing Mat, Paint Tray, Sponges or Sponge Dabbers
Paint: We will be using Acrylic Paint, we suggesting getting a couple of colours of your choice
Indian Printing Blocks: Tess will be demonstrating with a mixture of designs.
Materials to print onto: Brown Wrapping Paper, Tissue Paper, Gift Tags, Cards & Envelopes and plain scrap paper. You can source the materials yourself or purchase the ‘Stationery Pack’ with your workshop ticket.

Once you have booked your workshop space, we will send you a full list of the materials that we will be using allowing you time to order anything should you need to.
