Friday 18th November- Christmas Table Runner Printing
10am-4:30pm @ The Studio, Middle Aston, Bicester OX25 5PP
Enjoy a festive workshop in our studio, nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside. Your day will start with a welcome drink & introduction- getting you settled for the day ahead. We will have our huge selection of Christmas designs for you to look through and choose a section of prints and textile colours . We will then give a detailed demonstration showing you how to Block Print and the equipment you need, after this it will be time for you to go away and start printing yourselves! We will be on hand to help with any adjustments and advice you might need, and you will spend the morning testing your chosen designs and colours onto practice fabric, getting confident with different printing techniques and working on a design for your Table Runner. You will print a Table Runner and set of 4 Napkins during the workshop.
Materials included in workshop:
- Practice Fabric/ Plain Cotton
- Linen/ Cotton Table Runner (48 x 140cm)
- Set of 4 high quality Cotton Napkins
Additional materials are available to purchase if needed.
Our Studio Shop will be open for any materials you may want to purchase to take home, we accept Cash/Card. Refreshments, Tea, Coffee and Cake are included in the price of the workshop along with all Materials, you are just required to bring a packed lunch with you.
After booking you will receive a confirmation email, and 2 weeks prior to the event we will send you full details of the workshop/ getting to us. Please be aware this is a session most suited to adults due to the length of the day.
